Select your profile name in the upper right corner.
Select 'My Account' from the drop-down menu.
Depending on your account settings the following items may be displayed:
Your Account Name
Service Account Number
Your Customer Success Contact
Your Sales Contact
A link to submit a Support Case
Access to Smarsh Central from within Professional Archive (app.smarsh.com)
If you are in Professional Archive, you can access Smarsh Central by clicking on the profile Icon on the top right corner and then selecting Smarsh Central:
Note: If the user that is accessing Smarsh Central does not have Support Rights, no information will appear on the "my account" page. What are Support Rights?
