Instructions for creating a user account for the Professional Archive that only has access to Smarsh Central
Professional Archive
  1. Follow the regular steps to create a new user account for the Professional Archive
  2. Select the the User Role Employee - Personal Access
  3. Complete all required fields to create the new user, and click Save
  • You must have access to the User area of the Professional Archive to complete these steps
  • Secure access to Smarsh Central also requires the user to have Support Rights for your account: How Do I Assign Support Rights?
