How and where to Locate Support Rights

How to locate Support Rights to be able to grant rights to users. Scroll to the bottom of this article to learn how to add support rights.

Smarsh Central > Support Rights 

Locating Support Rights 

  1. Log in to central.smarsh.com
  2. Click Account Management, then Select Support Rights
    • Note: Admin Rights are required to access the Support Rights page

For Broker Dealers with Branch Accounts:
Locating Support Rights for Branch/Child Accounts

  1. Log in to the Broker Dealer/Parent Account for this Branch  central.smarsh.com
  2. Click Account Management, then Select Support Rights
    • Note: Admin Rights are required to access the Support Rights page

  1. On the Support Rights page, underneath the "Support Right Explanation," there's a search bar for Branch Accounts
  2. Begin Typing the Name of the Branch you'd like to edit the Support Rights for, it should populate a list for you to chose the correct account from.image.png
  3. Select the correct Branch Account, and the list of user with Support Right for that Branch should load. You can then add and remove using the steps below, for that Branch/Child account.
