Yes, Social Media Users can be changed. Note: If your social media profile is archived and you authorized archiving as an end user, Please reach out to your Company Administrator to make the necessary changes.
- Each social connection can only be added to one user at a time.
- To change a (User, Admin, Page, Profile) archiving in the Connections page, the existing User must first be removed and reprovisioned under the new (User, Admin, Page, Profile) to complete the change.
