How to remove a Provisioned Social Media Account

Removing a user's Social Media Connection from the Professional Archive. This can apply to removing or unlinking Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn

  1. Log in to app.smarsh.com.
  2. Select Menu Button in the upper right

  3. Choose Connections from the menu

  4. Find the name of the User whose social media profile you wish to remove.

    Note: Only Active Users will appear on the Connections dashboard.

  5. Select the check box next to the User's name.

  6. Select Manage > Manage Social from the button at the top of the screen.Manage Social

  7. Choose one or more provisioned social media connections to remove.

  8. Click the Remove button.

Remove

To Bulk Remove Connections from users, instead of checking next to the user's name (In Step 4 above), you can instead check the box at the top in the blue banner.

This will check all users on the displayed Connections Page.

NOTE: If you have multiple pages of users, you will need to bulk remove in batches of 50 users per page.
