Support Rights grant access and authorization based on the Rights assigned to the User. A User may have one, multiple, or all rights.
All Smarsh accounts have access to the following 5 Rights:

- Request invoices and make billing inquiries
- Change billing address
- Access to the Billing area on Smarsh Central

- Request import and export of Company data
- Interface with Smarsh Client Data team

Tech |
- Receive archiving and hosting configuration instructions
- Submit support cases and work with Smarsh Implementation and Support teams
- Request password resets

User |
- Request user changes through Support
- Request user list for archiving/hosting
- Request password resets for other users

Accounts with On-Premise products will also have access to the following 2 Rights:
