All Smarsh products and services

Support Rights grant access and authorization based on the Rights assigned to the User. A User may have one, multiple, or all rights. 

All Smarsh accounts have access to the following 5 Rights: 

 
Support Right NamePermissions Granted
Admin
  • Add/Edit/Remove Smarsh services
  • Assign Support Rights to other users
  • Access to Support Rights on Smarsh Central
Billing
  • Request invoices and make billing inquiries
  • Change billing address
  • Access to the Billing area on Smarsh Central
Data
  • Request import and export of Company data
  • Interface with Smarsh Client Data team
Tech
  • Receive archiving and hosting configuration instructions
  • Submit support cases and work with Smarsh Implementation and Support teams
  • Request password resets
User
  • Request user changes through Support
  • Request user list for archiving/hosting
  • Request password resets for other users


Accounts with On-Premise products will also have access to the following 2 Rights:

  • Access to Licenses on Smarsh Central
Downloads
  • Access to Downloads on Smarsh Central
