- Go to Smarsh Central and click Login in the upper right-hand corner of the page
- Click on the "All Other Products" button
- On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link below the Log in button
- Enter your Smarsh Central username in the field, then click the Send Password Reset Email button
- Locate the email sent to your email on file, and click on the link
- You will be prompted to select a new password for your Smarsh Central login
Important Note:
If you are not getting the password reset email, please ensure our messages are not being blocked or ending up in a junk/spam folder: Not receiving emails from Smarsh
This can also be caused by entering the incorrect credentials: Not receiving reset password email
