How to reset a Smarsh Central Email Login Password

Steps to reset the password for a Smarsh Central Alternate User 
  • Smarsh Central > Alternate User Logins
  1. Go to Smarsh Central and click Login in the upper right-hand corner of the page
  2. Click on the "All Other Products" button
  1. On the login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link below the Log in button
  1. Enter your Smarsh Central username in the field, then click the Send Password Reset Email button
  1. Locate the email sent to your email on file, and click on the link
  2. You will be prompted to select a new password for your Smarsh Central login

 

 

 

Important Note:
If you are not getting the password reset email, please ensure our messages are not being blocked or ending up in a junk/spam folder: Not receiving emails from Smarsh
This can also be caused by entering the incorrect credentials: Not receiving reset password email
