Removing all Support Rights from an Existing Contact

  1. Log in to central.smarsh.com
  2. Click Account Management, then Select Support Rights
  3. Locate the contact to remove Support Rights.
  4. Click the down arrow to the right of the Contact, then select delete.
  5. On the confirmation popup, click delete.
