How to manage Auto Pay in Smarsh Central

Steps for setting up, or updating, Auto Pay for your Smarsh Account

All Customers > Smarsh Central

Both setting up new Auto Pay, and updating information on existing Auto Pay, are done with these same steps

  1. Log in to Smarsh Central  
  2. Click Billing in the menu options
    • Note: Billing Support Rights are required to access the Billing page
  3. Click Update
  4. Select your payment method: ACH or Credit Card, then click Next
  5. Fill out your payment information, then click Submit

Note: Smarsh Central is not compatible with Internet Explorer, so all Billing options may not be accessible when using that web browser. You may need to use a different browser to update Billing information for your account.
