Providing steps our end users can take to remedy the IP's being Blocked if they are using Proofpoint.

If your company is using Proofpoint and you're not getting the Multifactor Authentication emails, please take the following action with your internal IT provider:

 

  1. Ensure you've whitelisted our Smarsh IP Addresses. See What are the valid production IP addresses for Smarsh?
  2. Ensure you're not blocking or sending our "no reply" to Junk or Quarantine. See, Not receiving Automated or Authorization emails from Smarsh
