New Support Rights Contact Cannot Login to Smarsh Central

Smarsh Central > Support Rights


Granting a contact Support Rights will not create a login for central.smarsh.com or app.smarsh.com. 
This only adds the contact to the list of authorized users Smarsh can exchange information with about your account, based on the rights they are granted.


Your Smarsh System Admin can create a new user via app.smarsh.com to allow login for Smarsh Central.

 

 

  • If your account does not have access to app.smarsh.com, and are a Smarsh Central Only customer, please open a support case and note the Support Rights user that needs a Smarsh Central Only login created.
