Current Auto Payment status can be verified in Smarsh Central with these steps:

  1. Log in to Smarsh Central
  2. Click on the Billing menu option
    • Note: Billing Support Rights are required to access the Billing page​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
  3. Looking for the check box next to Auto Pay

Need to set up, or update, Auto Pay? How to manage Auto Pay in Smarsh Central

Note: Smarsh Central is not compatible with Internet Explorer, so all Billing options may not be accessible when using that web browser. You may need to use a different browser to update Billing information for your account.
