For Google Chrome:
- Navigate to app.smarsh.com.
- Locate the connection status icon directly to the left of the website address and click on it.
- A new window should appear; Click on Cookies and Site Data.
- Click on Manage on-device site data
- Locate both smarsh.com and app.smarsh.com and click Remove.
- Close out of any and all browser windows and restart your browser.
- Navigate to app.smarsh.com; you should now be able to log in as expected.
For Mozilla Firefox:
- Navigate to app.smarsh.com.
- Locate the padlock icon directly to the left of the website address and click on it.
- A new window should appear; click on Clear Cookies & Site Data.
- Locate both smarsh.com and app.smarsh.com and click Remove.
- Close out of any and all browser windows and restart your browser.
- Navigate to app.smarsh.com; you should now be able to log in as expected.
For Microsoft Edge:
- Navigate to app.smarsh.com.
- Locate the padlock icon directly to the left of the website address and click on it.
- A new window should appear; Click on Cookies.
- Locate both smarsh.com and app.smarsh.com and click Remove.
- Close out of any and all browser windows and restart your browser.
- Navigate to app.smarsh.com; you should now be able to log in as expected.
For Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Please note: Unlike the above browsers; Internet Explorer does not allow for selective cookie removal. The below process will remove ALL cookies stored.
- Click the gear icon in the upper right of any browser window.
- Click on Internet Options.
- In the General tab; click on the Delete... button under Browsing History.
- Uncheck all options other than Cookies and Website Data and click Delete.
- Close out of any and all browser windows and restart your browser.
- Navigate to app.smarsh.com; you should now be able to log in as expected.
